11. Cancellation Policy
We apply a cancellation policy through Bank Footprint, owned by TuriTop. This tool requires customers to provide a credit card during the reservation process. In case of no-show on the reserved day or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, Las Olas Showroom will apply a financial penalty. This is not a deposit; your bank details will be used as a guarantee in case of no-show. The penalty will be €30 per person if no menu is reserved, and 50% if one of the two available tasting menus is reserved, only if you do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
In any case, the decision to apply the penalty is at the discretion of Las Olas Showroom, not the booking engine we operate through TuriTop.
The reservation process is only possible via the internet for external customers, either through our website oleflamencoshow.com or through our TuriTop profiles. For more information, you have the terms and conditions of TuriTop available for booking.
