Cancellation Policy
At Olé Flamenco Show, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to assist you whenever needed.
Cancellations
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the show and receive a full refund for your tickets.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Date Changes
If you wish to change the date of your reservation, you can do so at no additional cost within 3 months of the purchase date.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Date changes are subject to availability.
Same Day of the Show
Refunds will only be issued on the same day of the show in cases of justified medical reasons.
In such cases, a valid medical report must be provided to process the refund.
